Scott Coats, President and Owner

A Native American, Scott Coats began his career in the United States Marines. He has more than 15 years experience in the research, design, and utilization of geometry caliper / deformation tools. A visionary driven to succeed, Scott Coats founded Precision Pigging in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1999 and has grown the business exponentially to be more than competitive with any of the geometry tool services available on the market. As President of Precision Pigging, Scott has focused his efforts on the research and development of new technology to provide ever-increasingly better equipment for his clientele. Outside of work, Scott enjoys family time, outdoor activities such as backpacking, golf, and fishing, and recreational travel.

Lorraine Coats, Senior Vice President

Lorraine Coats is a native Houstonian who joined the pipeline industry as a second career. In her former profession, Lorraine was a litigator specializing in Commercial Defense. Since joining the Precision Pigging team, Lorraine has built and developed client relationships, as well as successfully grown, managed, and maintained Precision Pigging’s sales, marketing, and administrative operations. In her free time, Lorraine raises two beautiful boys born, respectively, in 2008 and 2009. She is a classically-trained pianist with community interests and involvement ranging from volunteering in the Meals on Wheels program to supporting the American Diabetes Association and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Leslie Aaron, Operations Manager

Born in Oklahoma, Leslie Aaron pursued and obtained a Masters Degree in Education with a Teaching Specialization in Criminal Justice. Her post-graduate career has subsequently drawn her to a variety of technical positions in the petrochemical industry. She is a dynamic professional with more than a decade of experience in sales, administrative, and project support. Since joining the Precision Pigging team as Operations Manager, she has demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills and expert technical savvy. Leslie balances her professional work with a full family life, which includes her husband and three children and many friends who have come to depend on her level-headedness and keen sense of humor. Leslie also enjoys active participation in Renaissance festivals and historical re-enactments.
