1. Software Developer
Software Developer candidates should have at least 5 years relevant experience. Software Developer candidates will develop, create, and modify proprietary computer applications software and utility programs with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. The Software Developer candidate will confer with other personnel, including engineers and field technicians to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. The successful Software Developer candidate will be able to modify existing proprietary software to correct errors, allow adaptations, or to improve its performance. The Software Developer candidate will design, develop and modify proprietary software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design, as well as utilize testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required, some college preferred. Career-specific certifications preferred
- Computer Proficiency, including computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software
- Superior Math Skills
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Electronic and/or Mechanical Background
- Must be able to pass Department of Transportation drug test and background check.
- Ability to Perform the Physical Job Requirements (may include lifting)

2. Hardware Developer
The Hardware Developer candidate will have 5 to 10 years relevant experience. The Hardware Developer candidate will research, design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacture and installation of computer hardware, including computer chips, circuit boards, computer systems, and related equipment. The Hardware Developer candidate will analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, specifically with respect to circuit boards. The successful Hardware Developer will build, test, and modify product prototypes, using working models or theoretical models constructed using computer simulation. The Hardware Developer candidate will write detailed functional specifications that document the hardware development process and support hardware introduction.
