For years now, Precision Pigging remains the only geometry inspection service provider that has provided a written guarantee with every bid proposal to insure that the satisfaction, expectations, and requirements of our clients are always met and exceeded:
- Precision Pigging does not charge for a second re-run, regardless of fault. A minor personnel charge may be applied (typically about $900.00/day) as long as the re-run takes place during the initial mobilization.
- Never any hidden fees or added costs.
- No tool “stand-by” charges.
- Precision Pigging’s tool is rugged and proven with virtually zero chatter. If our pig chatters, it’s our fault!
- Precision Pigging will do the job right the first time.
- Over the past 4 years, Precision Pigging has a first run success rate of
over 96.5%.
- We take pride in our work and ensure that when our tool goes into your pipeline it is working properly.
- Only Precision Pigging offers a 10% discount for incomplete data on that run and not some future project.
- If Precision Pigging fails to properly record the line section in its first run, and it is a direct result of Precision Pigging’s actions or geometry tool’s performance, Precision Pigging will issue an immediate 10% discount off of that line’s section charges (not to include the mobilization fee). Failure to record includes:
- Any Chatter that prevents the identification of a reduction 1.50% of the OD, regardless of the pipeline’s condition.
- Tool surges resulting in inaccurate data, as long as the head pressure is maintained at +/- 5psi of requested amount.
- Failure to record your pipeline’s data properly.
- Project bids remain valid for up to 6 months. We will never rush or pressure your decision.
- Precision Pigging will provide access to your pipeline’s field data, typically within 24 hours, anywhere in the world, via our secured Internet web site. Your data is protected and requires a unique user name and password for each individual line section.
- Our tool will record a “sharp” or “flat” between 2.0% - 2.5% of the pipe’s OD within 0.3% of the pipe’s OD. If you excavate a 2.0% - 2.5% called “sharp” or “flat” and it is not within 0.3% of the referenced reduction, Precision Pigging will issue an immediate discount of 5% on that run’s charges (excluding the mobilization charge). A maximum of four (4) 5% discounts will be given per line section.
- Precision Pigging has one of the most accurate geometry tools in the United States and in the World.
- None of the sharp or flat anomaly excavations that Precision Pigging requested between 2007 and 2009 either “relieved” or disappeared.
- Between 2007 and 2009, all of the sharp and flat reductions identified by Precision Pigging and excavated by the client were:
- within 2 feet or less in the pipe joint identified; and
- within 0.18% of the stated reduction.
