1. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant candidate will have 3 to 5 years relevant experience.  The Administrative Assistant candidate will perform administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management.  The Administrative Assistant candidate will provide general administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to, billing, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly reports.  Additional job duties may include filing, organizing documents, preparing correspondence and mailings, among other assignments as directed by management.  

Additional Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent Required; some college preferred
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Typing 80 wpm minimum
  • Prior payroll or accounting experience helpful
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • General computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Must have basic reading, writing and math skills

2. Human Resources

The Human Resources candidate should have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.  The Human Resources candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of personnel, maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.  The Human Resources candidate will identify staff vacancies, recruit, and interview applicants.  The Human Resources candidate will analyze, modify, and administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.  The successful Human Resources candidate will provide current and prospective employees with information about Precision Pigging policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.  The Human Resources candidate will be knowledgeable regarding employment law topics relevant to the workplace.

3. Accounting/Bookkeeper

The Accounting/Bookkeeper candidate will have 5 to 10 years relevant experience.  The Accounting/Bookkeeper candidate will be responsible for keeping Precision Pigging’s financial records complete.  The Accounting/Bookkeeper candidate will also maintain inventory records, issue invoices and other financial statements, prepare income taxes, and process purchase orders and expense reports.  The Accounting/Bookkeeper candidate will be responsible for providing status updates and audit reports to management.  The Accounting/Bookkeeper candidate will also receive, record, and deposit cash and checks, as well as calculate and prepare checks for accounts payable.  The successful Accounting/Bookkeeper candidate will compile budget projects on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

  • Typing 80 wpm minimum
  • Prior billing or accounting experience required
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills

  • Must have specific computer knowledge of accounting software programs including QuickBooks

4. IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist candidate will have 3 to 5 years relevant experience.  The IT Support Specialist candidate will manage Precision Pigging’s information systems, including managing backup, network security, and user assistance.  The IT Support Specialist candidate will assess the company’s computing needs and system requirements.  The successful IT Support Specialist candidate will develop policies and procedures for disaster recovery.  The IT Support Specialist candidate will recommend, purchase, install, configure, and maintain necessary computer equipment.  The IT Support Specialist candidate will diagnose and resolve communications, hardware, and operating system problems.

Additional Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in computer information systems required
  • A+ certification preferred
  • MCSE certification preferred
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Experience working with: local area networks (LAN), virtual private networks (VPN), operating systems on PC’s and servers, remote computer system support functions, computer hardware and software, proper computer system data security/backup procedures,  and cellular and blackberry communications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Must have basic reading, writing and math skills
  • Ability to provide after-hours support

5. Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will have at least 5 years relevant experience.  The Marketing Coordinator candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Precision Pigging branding, print advertising, website content, tradeshow participation, and marketing events.  The Marketing Coordinator candidate will support the sales team and manage all aspects of various association affiliations and events.  The Marketing Coordinator candidate will develop marketing strategies in conjunction with management and maintain sales database contacts.  The successful Marketing Coordinator candidate will manage development of new marketing materials, as well as maintain branding cohesiveness of existing marketing materials.  The Marketing Coordinator candidate will review the existing marketing program and activities, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend and implement improvements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field required
  • Prior experience marketing required
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Typing 80 wpm minimum
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills

  • Knowledge of graphics design programs including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe CS4, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, and QuarkExpress preferred
